Terms & Conditions
1. PROFESSIONAL FEES:
Fees will be charged @ 8.33 % (irrespective of Junior/middle/Top level assignment) of the candidate’s annual total cost to the company (CTC).
2. PAYMENT TERMS:
Will raise the invoices immediately after the joining of the candidates. Invoices are payable immediately after 30 days of Date Of Joining.
3. REPLACEMENT:
One time free replacement will be given if the candidate leaves within 3 months from the Date Of Joining on his own accord
4. CONFIDENTIALITY:
To provide an efficient service both to our clients and the candidates we request absolute confidentiality. Candidates should not be contacted or be referred to other companies.
5. REFERRALS:
If the candidate is selected for any position within the co group, associate co, or referred to any acquaintances within 1 year of introduction by AMC full fees are payable to AMC.
6. A duly countersigned copy of this proposal will constitute a valid contract between Advanced Management Consultancy and the client co.
